Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 08.12.2017 to 3rd respondent to appoint him as Field Assistant of Baruvav Grama Panchayat, Sompeta Mandal, Srikakulam District, as was done in the case of others through the 3rd respondent letter dt.09.11.2016, since the petitioner is similarly placed to such other persons. 2.

Counsel for petitioner contends that the 3rd respondent has not passed any others thereon till date.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said request of the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dt.08.12.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
