Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus. (i) declaring the impugned proceedings No. 65/ ES/IMA/NARA/SCAS/OO5O dated 2111212021 issued by the 2nd Respondent allotting the Petitioner to Wanaparthy District contrary to the option exercised by the Petitioner to Mahbubnagar or Nagarkurnool etc - District as per his seniority in Low Literacy Female Head Masters list, despite there being availability of vacancies at Mahbubnagar District while allotting other candidates to Mahabubnagar District is clearly illegal, arbitrary, discriminative, unjust and contrary to guidelines 20 and 21 proviso of GOMs. No.
317 dated 0611212021 and contrary to the spirit of implementation of the Presidential Order 2018 and also principles of seniority and set aside the same and. (ii) Consequently declare that the Petitioner is entitled to be allotted to Mahabubnagar or Nagarkurnool District as per his option which is a permanent allocation as per GOMS No.317 Dt.
4. In view of the submissions made by the respective counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting Liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated Nil.O7.2022, if he so desires. There shall be no order as to costs, Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
