This writ petition is filed for the following relief: .....issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in re-considering the application for building permission vide application No. 3/C1/15163/2018, dated 08.08.2018 in respect of Plot No. 265 in Sy.Nos. 154, 155, 156, 157 and 158 admeasuring 200 sq yards, situated at Weavers Colony, Bhavan Nagar, under GHMC Kapra Circle and Mandal Medchal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, erstwhile Keesara Mandal. R.R. District as per the orders in W.P.No. 37810/2015, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice ...." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for both the parties that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 19.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37810 of 2015.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to re-consider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act 1955, and the Rules and Regulations framed thereunder.
