HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13622 OF 2015 ORDER :
Sri N. Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 7, is present.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, cognizance was taken in C.C.No.357 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vemulawada, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
