Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that, though he made representations dated 30.10.2017 and 17.01.2018 seeking alternative employment to the post of attender/Junior Assistant or any other suitable post as per circular No.PD-19/2015 dated 03.06.2015 and notification No.PD-05/2017 dated 27.12.2017, respondent No.2 has not passed any orders thereon. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent - Corporation, states that respondent No.2 will consider the representations made by the petitioner, and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 30.10.2017 and 17.01.2018, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
