THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2105 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.304 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Golkonda Police Station, Hyderabad City, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 506 and 323 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

The allegation against the petitioner-A4 is that he has knowledge with regard to his daughter going to the scene of offence and comitting the offences.

In view of nature of allegations and the material collect so far, the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file final report, without arresting the petitioner-A4 in the above crime. 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
