Ramachandra Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, would submit that the Consent for Operation was granted to the 7th respondent on 18.7.2017 valid for a period of one year upto 30.6.2017.

Sri D. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the validity of the Consent for Operation, dated 18.7.2017 in duly constituted legal proceedings.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
