HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1138 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the stage of admission.

Having regard to the prima facie material in the FIR and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence the investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Velpoor Police Station, Nizamabad District are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A1 & A2 during the course of investigation. Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, pending if any, shall stand closed.
