THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.486 of 2019 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 23.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27057 of 2018. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, pursuant to the order dated 23.08.2018 passed by this Court in the writ petition, the respondent-Commissioner, Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, has issued Notice No.E-69531/2018 dated 24.04.2019 to the parties, and after hearing both the parties, has issued proceedings vide Notice No.E69531/2018 dated 21.06.2019. In other words, the order dated 23.08.2018, stands complied with. A copy of the Notice dated 24.04.2019, and also the Proceedings dated 21.06.2019, are placed before this Court. Inasmuch as the order dated 23.08.2018 alleged to have been noncomplied, has since been complied, nothing survives in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioners have any grievance with respect to the orders passed by the respondent, it would be open to them to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
