Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to question the subject election before the Election Tribunal under the Andhra Pradesh Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1995.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
