The above said conditions !\'Iere imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2756 of 2017 in Crime No'247 of 2Ol7' by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge' Hyderabad' 2.

Heard the learned Assistant Pubiic Prosecutor for respondent No. 1. There is no representation for the petitioner' 3.

Learned Assistalt Public Prosecutor represented that the Police have completed the investigation and charge sheet has already been filed and it is numbered as S'C No'970 of 2027.

Conditions in respect of surety imposed by the Court below is for securing the presence of accused during the course of investigation and during the course of trial As the
