THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.42241 OF 2016 ORDER:

Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an application for impleadment in the petition pending before the Government, whereunder the Government passed orders in Memo No.12200/Ex.II(2)/2016-1, dated 07.06.2016.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. It is needless to mention that as and when such application is filed by the petitioners, the Government shall consider the same and decide the issue as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
