THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1615 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 17.03.2015 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1692 of 2014. By the said order, this Court directed the Registrar concerned to receive the document in question and examine (i) whether the document was compulsorily registerable one and (ii) whether it was otherwise registerable under the law and if both the conditions were satisfied, to register the document on payment of requisite fee and other charges as a matter of course.

The Sub-Registrar, Renigunta, filed a counter-affidavit stating that pursuant to the afore-stated order, the documents which were earlier kept pending registration were admitted to registration on 27.10.2015 as document Nos.6188 to 6197 of 2015. In the light of the afore-stated development, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.
