Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.07-09-2013 to the 2nd respondent in relation to the amount to be paid to him as retirement benefits and also his salary for the period from 20-04-2012 to 25-07-2013 and the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the representation of petitioner and pass appropriate orders within eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.07-09-2013 and pass an appropriate order thereon within (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
