' "This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of bail in Crime No.85 of 2019 of Sanathnagar Policc Station, Cyberabad, registered for thc offences punishable under Sections 448,427,324,354 and 506 of IPC and Section 3(l)(r)(w)(i.1, Section 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record. 3.

The petitioner/accused was remanded to judicial custody on 22.03.2019. It is submitted that the petitioner/accused was suffering from some mental ailment. He is taking treatment for the said ailment. The material witnesses are examined. Having regard to the nature of health and the allegations made against the petitioner/accused, he can be enlarged on bail on some conditions.

4, Accordingly, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,0001 (Rupees fifteen thousand ) with fwo sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the XI Metropolitan Rangareddy Distrlct at Kukatpully. After release on bail, the petitioner/accused report before the Station House Officer, Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, on ery Sunday between 09:00 A.M. and 1l:00 A.M. till filing of the charge sheet. 0 . ^., 5.
