Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A. Sanjeev Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6, and Sri J.Sreenivas Rao, the learned Standing Counsel for SCCL, appearing for respondent No.7. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not including the name of the petitioner as beneficiary in the Notice dated 31.01.2021 published in 'Namasthe Telangana' Telugu News Paper.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent Nos.2 to 5 ventilating his grievance on 15.03.2021. But, so far, no action has been taken thereon.

The learned Special Government Pleader has stated that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and that in case the petitioner is of the opinion that any further representation needs to be made, he can do so duly enclosing all relevant title documents. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the competent authority duly enclosing relevant title documents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On such representation being made, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks thereof. A copy of the order that may be passed by the competent authority shall be communicated to the petitioner. However, it is made clear that till such time the representation made by the petitioner is not disposed of, the Award shall not be passed.
