THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5716 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Medical & Health.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 13.11.2017 to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 13.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
