This writ petition is filed claiming minimum wages from the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that this Court by orders dated 03.01.2003 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
