Sri K.S.N.Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a letter dated 13-12-2018, before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, which is taken on record. The sum and substance of the said letter are that the appellantinsurance company is not interested to continue the litigation and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. Recording the above submission, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
