This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in demolishing the compound wall of the house of petitioner bearing Plot No.147 comprised in survey Nos.178/1 & 179/1 situated at Kummarigunta village, 4th ward of Venkatagiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in violation of the orders of this Court dt.26.08.2016 in WP.MP.No.35087 of in W.P.No.28335 of 2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there are disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and the 2nd respondent has not interfered with the subject property in violation of the orders of this Court dt.26.08.2016 in WP.MP.No.35087 of 2016 in W.P.No.28335 of 2016.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the subject property without following due process of law. It is open for the petitioner to work out his remedies against the

4th respondent in appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
