HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7067 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: ".....to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction or more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents in not acting on the representation given to the respondents on 10-05-2018 and consequently direct the respondents to investigate the role of unofficial respondents in playing fraud with the petitioner's institution and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioner has not given any representation to respondent No.5 on 10-05-2018. On 27-11-2017 the petitioner has sent a petition through registered post, wherein he requested to initiated action against Mr.N.B.Chary @ Desraj and others as they have collected money and also intentionally cheating unemployed youth on the name of providing jobs by charging out exorbitant amounts by playing fraud. On receipt of the said petition, preliminary enquiry was done and the matter was found to be civil in nature and notice was sent to the petitioner on 27-12-2017 through registered post informing the same. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available to
