Mr.M.Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
