Petitioner states that a complaint was filed on 24.02.2015 before the 2nd respondent, but the said complaint on presentation was allegedly not received by the 2nd respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. Even assuming that petitioner's allegation is correct, it is open for the petitioner to send a complaint by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due to the 2nd respondent and if such a complaint is received from the petitioner under Registered Post, the 2nd respondent is directed to look into the same and take appropriate steps.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
