The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.17 of 2013 on the file of learned Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases Court, Hyderabad District.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent State.

A perusal of record shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.1O.2021, 23.06.2023, 30.06.2023 and O7.O7.2O23. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner inspite of listing the matter under the caption, "for dismissal". This shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case. 4.
