It is the case of the petitioner that he made representation 08-09-2014 in respect of his grievance in the writ petition, but the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the competent authority by way of representation, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action accordingly within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
