In this writ petition, the limited grievance of the petitioner is with respect to non-disposal of his representation, dated 20.02.2019, by respondent No.2-Director of Mines & Geology, Government of Telangana, stating that respondent No.4 is carrying out quarrying operations in his land covered by Survey Nos.13/2, 14/2, 31/2, 32/2, 33/2, 35/2, 36/2 and 37/2 of Mallampally Village, Mulugu Mandal and District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.4 submit that directions may be issued to the authorities to dispose of the alleged representation of the petitioner. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation, dated 20.02.2019, stated to have been submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the respective parties.
