Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 24.04.2019, the 2nd respondent-Mandal Revenue Officer, Khairtabad, Hyderabad, is present and filed an affidavit for the delay occurred in disposing of the application, dated 14.03.2018, filed by the petitioner. In view of the written apology, the further action against respondent No.2 is dropped.

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondent in not issuing the No earning certificate/ Non Employment Certificate applied by the petitioner vide Application No.NEC0211800021917, dated 14.03.2018 and not issuing the certified copy of Family membership certificate as unconstitutional, arbitrary and illegal." 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed an application, dated 14.03.2018, for issuance of No-Earning Certificate/ Non-Employment Certificate besides certified copy of Family Membership Certificate, the respondent authorities have not passed any orders till today.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would submit that Application No.NEC0211800021917, dated 14.03.2018, with regard to NoEarning Member Certificate/ Financial Status Certificate, the respondent authorities have considered the same vide Lr.No.A/ 1005/ 2019, dated 27.04.2019. Insofar as issuance of certified copy of Family Member Certificate is concerned, the respondent authorities have issued an Endorsement vide Lr.No.C/ 2970/ 2017, dated 21.12.2018, wherein it is stated that File No.B/ 227/ FMC/ 2001 relating to the petitioner did not match with their records and they are tracing the same. The copies of the said proceedings are placed on record.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
