When the matter was called on 13.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. It appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
