THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5551 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner seeking to quash the order dated 01-04-2016 in Crl.M.P. No.855 of 2016 in Crime No.163 of 2009 on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally along with the consequential order dated 01-04-2016 issuing a Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the warrant issued against the petitioner is hereby recalled and the petitioner is directed to represent before the concerned court through counsel on all hearing days.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
