This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's representation dt.9.9.2012 with regard to the alleged illegalities in the works of Juvvalapalem Water Tank and its channels at Juvvalapalem Village, Naidupeta Mandal, Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation (AP) on instructions submitted that the irrigation works referred to in this writ petition were completed long back. In the light of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
