This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.37 of 2019 of Ellandakunta Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 of IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

As per the material placed on record, there are allegations against the petitioner/ A.1 constituting offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Under these circumstances, registration of FIR against the petitioner/ A.1 cannot be faulted with. The matter requires investigation. There are no grounds to quash the said proceedings. 5.
