ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the stay petition filed in the revision preferred against the order dated 28.01.2017 passed by the Additional Agent to Government, Bhadrachalam, in CMA No.3 of 2016, confirming the order dated 14.8.2012 of the Special Deputy Collector (TW) Bhadrachalam-3rd respondent, in LTR Case No.110/2012/KGM, the present writ petition is filed.

The petitioner claims to be owner of land to an extent of Acs.18.00 in Sy.Nos.137/1 and 137/3 to 9 of Chunchupalli Village & Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. An order of eviction was passed by the 3rd respondent against the petitioner on 14.08.2012, against which, he preferred CMA No.3 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent, who in turn, confirmed the order of the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 28.1.2017. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred revision along with an application for stay before the 1st respondent on 21.3.2017. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the stay application is not yet disposed of though there is a threat of eviction.

In the circumstances, the order of eviction dated 14.08.2012 passed by the 3rd respondent is stayed, till the disposal of the revision before the 1st respondent. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
