Aggrieved by the non-disposal of I.A.No.317 of 2015 in O.S.No.148 of 2015 by the learned XII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, the petitioner/plaintiff filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of this submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
