THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22091 of 2013 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to allow the second petitioner in the ongoing MBBS/BDS counseling scheduled on 26.07.2013 as a ST candidate and offer her an MBBS/BDS seat as per her rank as ST candidate by taking an undertaking that she may submit the latest Scheduled Caste Certificate after the enquiry with regard to first petitioner's caste certificate is completed and if she fails to do so, she will forego her MBBS/BDS seat as a Scheduled Tribe candidate.
It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University that, in view of the subsequent developments, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
