ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Sri Chetluri Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has received instructions from his client to the effect that the respondent has issued post dated cheques towards discharge of the debt payable by it to the petitioner and that in view of the same, he is instructed not to press the Company Petition.

In the light of the above submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Company Petition is

closed.
