Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Case status report would show that E.P. No.43 of 2014 in O.S. No.42 of 2009 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Cheepurupalli, was disposed of on 14.12.2015.

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 20.01.2015 in E.A. No.120 of 2014 in E.P.No.43 of 2014 in O.S. No.42 of 2009. Whereas the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 12.6.2015, but E.P.No.43 of 2014 was disposed of on 14.12.2015.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ A.SHANKAR NARAYANA,J Dt. 20.06.2018 gbs
