THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.846 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dt.19.06.2015 stating that the interim order passed by this Court on 28.10.2014 in W.P.MP.No.40149 of 2014 has since been implemented by the respondents and the petitioner does not wish to pursue this Contempt Case and intends to withdraw the same.

In view of the said letter, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
