ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel for the Wakf Board has informed the Court that the tenure of the Managing Committee has expired and as and when the new Managing Committee is appointed, the case of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law.

Having considered the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint/ representation to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such complaint/ representation being received, the Wakf Board shall consider all the representations including the representation of the petitioner in respect of the subject Institution and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. No costs.
