Aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 28-7-7999 passed in O.S.No.8O of 7996 by the Ill-Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiff for declaration and for perpetual injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with his peaceful possession over the suit schedule well, this appeal is filed by the plaintiff against the defendants, who are Mandal Revenue Officer, Karimnagar and the District Col Iector, Karimnager.

Learned counsel for the appellant called absent and no representation on behalf of the appellant. The matter is already listed under the caption "for dismissal", on 70-3-2022 and today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 3.
