When the matter came up for hearing today, in response to the docket order dated 26.09.2018, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the writ petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise the subject matter of this writ petition before the arbitrator for passing a suitable order.

In view of his submission, this writ petition is closed giving liberty as prayed for. No costs.
