Bhosale) The petitioner-in-person has placed on record, a representation, dated 08.10.2015, made to the Chief Election Commissioner. In the representation, he

has made similar grievance as made in the PIL. He prays for direction to the Election Commission of India to consider his representation on merits in accordance with law. He does not press the PIL on merits. PIL is disposed of as not pressed. We hope and trust that the Election Commission of India shall consider the petitioner's representation on merits in accordance with law expeditiously.
