By filing this transfer criminal petition, the petitioner seeks to transfer S.C.No.232 of 2011 pending on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge at Chodavaram to any other Court at Visakhapatnam. The ground on which the petitioner seeks to transfer the S.C. is that the Additional Public Prosecutor and the Judicial Officer attached to the Court are in favour of the complainant. Now, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the Additional Public Prosecutor before the trial Court is transferred and some other person is appointed. It is also informed that the present Presiding Officer is also transferred to Srikakulam. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is not in existence and hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed.
