Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the respondent would represent that the charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Atmakur, in C.C.No.130 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
