ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not releasing the additional budget in pursuance of the Lr. Rc. No.1337/2011-A, dated 05.12.2011 of the 2nd respondent which was issued by following the G.O. Rt. No.994, dated 5.9.2011 of the 1st respondent is illegal, mala fide against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the additional budget as per Lr. Rc. No.1337/2011-A, dated 5.12.2011 of the 2nd respondent." At the hearing, Mr. Ch. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court, the respondents have released the enhanced rents and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
