This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, by the appellant-insurance company challenging the Award and decree, dated 02.03.2006, in O.P.No.824 of 2003 on the file of V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-XIX Additional Chief Judge, City Criminal Courts, Red Hills, Nampally, Hyderabad, 2.

Respondents 1 to 6 herein are the claimants. During pendency of the appeal, the appeal was dismissed for default against respondent No.1 and 6. Respondents 2 to 5 are minors, represented by respondent No.1. Since the appeal was dismissed for default against the claimants, no further orders are necessary in this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
