HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 26944 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner applied for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' on 25.6.2016 to the third respondent for starting minority (D.El.Ed) Diploma in Elementary Education College at Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore District, for the academic year 2017-2018, and that no orders have been passed thereon by the third respondent. Heard Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the third respondent will pass orders in the petitioner's representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the same, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
