HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5539 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C No. 47 of 2013 on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, for the offences under Sections 420,468,471 & 120 (B) IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the case status information in respect of C.C.No. 47 of 2013 on the file XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and submitted that the case was closed as withdrawn on 21.3.2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 47 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
