Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and he represents that the matter is compromised and the petition has become infructuous.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also reports the same submitting that the compromise was recorded on 23.09.2016 by the Lok Adalat.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
