THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10678 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in C.C.No.279 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Special Magistrate, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is accorded.

3 In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event of the petitioners filing petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
