This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of interstate/transit prearrest bail to the petitioner in Crime No.34 of 2025 of CCB-I, Chennai CCB.

The brief facts of the case are that the accused persons sold the products at a lower price than their original purchase price in collusion with certain vendors of the M/s.Dina Colour Labs including one employee of M/s.Unbox Gadgets Private Limited. Hence, a case was registered vide Crime No.34 of 2025 of CCB-I, Chennai CCB, for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 477(A) read with 109 and 120(B) of the IPC. 3.
Heard Sri P.Pavan Kumar Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is no way concerned with the alleged offences. He further submitted that the the present case was filed
as a counter blast case to the Crime No.15 of 2025, which was registered against the de-facto complainant for fraudulent misappropriation of funds. He also submitted that the petitioner is resident of Telangana State, with movable and immovable properties, and is willing to furnish sureties as directed and prayed the Court to grant of interstate/transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition in order to facilitate the petitioner regular bail petition before the concerned Court. 5.
On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that allegations leveled against the petitioner are serious in nature and investigation is not yet completed and therefore, granting interstate/transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage, does not arise. Hence, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the parties and material available on record, it apparent that the present case was filed as a counter blast case to the Crime No.15 of 2025, which was registered against the de-facto complainant for fraudulent misappropriation of funds. It is stated that though punishment prescribed for the alleged offences is below seven (07) years, the CCB-I Chennai Police came to Hyderabad for apprehending the
petitioner. It is pertinent to note that material part of investigation is completed. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that it is a fit case for granting of interstate/transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of three (03) weeks from today.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed granting interstate/transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of three (03) weeks from today subject to the following conditions: i.
The petitioners shall be released on bail in the event of arrest on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each to the concerned Investigating Officer.
ii.
The petitioners shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
